Shipping and processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping may vary. For details please see individual items.
We accept payments with PayPal, Mastercard, Visa card and Debit Cards
All payments are secured through PayPal and Stripe
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, simply return your unused items to us in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order (please note there will be an additional postage charge simply to cover our costs). You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items.
For orders outside the EU, please choose carefully as we only offer refunds where there is a fault with your item. However, we're more than happy to exchange your item for something else (see above).
WITHIN EU - You can return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to our studio.
Before you return your item please make sure they are unused and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached. To get started with your return, email email@example.com. We're here to help!
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are incorrect.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Roydraws.com is not responsible for delays due to customs.
The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package.Customs determines these charges, and it is impossible for roydraws.com to predict what these charges may be. In the case that Roy Draws is forced to pay customs charges on returned items these charges will need to be recovered from the custom.
Custom and personalised orders
We do not take on customised and personal order requests, including changing the current designs.
International postage times
Please note we ship from Germany. Postage times overseas can be around 2-3 weeks. Please get in touch if you are worried about your order taking longer to arrive.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping but we can add personalised notes to orders. Please send us a message and make it clear what you would like roydraws.com to write.
All orders are neatly packaged in bags. Prints are wrapped in personalised acid free paper.
All prints are printed on the best quality paper and are printed locally.
Giclée Prints are museum quality prints that use the highest standard of ink for a professional finish.
Giclée Prints are Limited editions and can be signed on request.
Giclée Prints may take a little longer to process as there is a wait time of 3 Business days at the print makers.
Prints are packed in hard back envelope and packaged flat.
If prints are delivered damaged please send a photo of the item, we will happily send out a replacement.
T-shirts and sweatshirts are embroidered locally in small batches, this is to keep the stock down at the moment as we are a small business, however there will be new clothing added frequently throughout the month. If your size or design is not in stock please choose the option to pre-order and send your choice of design and size from the embroidery collection.
Pre-ordered embroidery clothing will be taken to the embroiders twice a month on the 1st and the 14th so please allow two weeks on top of normal shipping times.
If you need the embroidered clothing sooner please send us a message and we will see what we can do.
All clothing is subject to availability.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 working days (Uk and Europe) or 25 working days (rest of the world) please get in touch.
Lost orders will be sent out again with the same contents that were ordered.
No refunds are given on lost orders.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased in store and have no expiry date.
Christmas posting dates for 2021
At Christmas, shipping times are often longer, especially for overseas orders. Please order ASAP for international delivery before Christmas.
Everything is shipped from Germany we use standard and tracked shipping on international orders over €50.
If you are sending gifts please order as early as possible. Unfortunately Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed if orders have not been placed in the right time frame.
